“Florence” by Georgia Love

I walk into the crowded square. Brisk morning air caresses my face and lifts the hair gently from my neck. Morning sunlight reigns down carrying an air of hope and adventure. I love this place. I stroll down to the river, lit up and shining in the morning rays of sun. I feel like I could fly. Like right now wings could sprout from my back and I could run along the wall and jump. Jump into the breeze and let it hold me. Hair flying, stomach dropping, heart rejoicing. The thrill of the unknown and unlimited possibilities raising my heart like the wings that carry me.
